We are a Canadian company, currently serving our local community of Lumsden, SK and surrounding towns and villages. We will ship to other locations if you contact us,regarding shipping costs, prior to placing your order. We are working with UPS to set up shipping costs within this program and will be adding and updating as soon as we can. This is still a site under construction, and we thank you for your patience as we work to get it fully operational!
1. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. We accept PayPal or Interac (email money transfers) for all online purchase. If you wish to order and pay with cash please send an email to drums@garape.com ,and we will be pleased help you with your order.
2. Refunds will be given when the item is *returned in it's original, unused condition under the following circumstances:
*Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping and returning an item, should you choose to return it for reason's other than defect or damage.
3. Damaged in shipping items will be immediately replaced. We will require you to cooperate with the insurance claim process as determined by the shipping service provider. This may include photo's of the package at the moment you received it and photo's of the damaged item.
4. All New items come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects in manufacturing. This does not cover breakage from heavy playing, children throwing or climbing on (personal experience :), or other misuse of an item. There is no warranty on any of our used items. Please note that Drum Skins are not covered for breakage due to the nature of the item.
